Why Unexplored India

Across India, there are many places we think we know: Goa, Mangalore/Udupi, Mussoorie, Coorg, Mysore... But step away from the popular tourist paths, and you’ll find forests, food, culture and stories that rarely get celebrated.
This is why we’re starting UnExplored India.
Here, exploration isn’t about seeing more places. It’s about seeing familiar places differently, through their history, heritage, culture, natural scenery, and food. Every UnExplored India experience is designed to reveal the real essence of a region.
Through our own travels, we have managed to see places differently and hear unknown stories, and we want to enable others to do the same.
What we celebrate on our trips
History and Architecture
Discover stories etched into ancient temples, settlements and heritage structures.
Food and Culture
Eat like a local, meet the people who shape the land.
Natural Scenery
Walk through forests, coasts, rivers and backwaters that remain untouched.

Launching with our first experience: UnExplored Udupi
Our first journey begins in Udupi — our own home ground on the coast of Karnataka.
Here, we will show you the side of Udupi only locals know — beaches, temples, backwaters and food that rarely make it to travel maps.
